Intern – Web Development
Job Description:
Netsolace is seeking new Interns for our Web Development team to help build and maintain company’s ever-growing projects. The candidate will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:
Responsibilities:
ü Ensuring that all analysis, designs and codes are properly documented
ü Providing end user technical support when required
ü Understands technical and functional design requirements
ü Assists in physical and logical database design
ü Creates prototypes for client engagements
ü Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions
ü Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
ü Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively
ü Demonstrates proficiency in at least one object oriented programming language
ü Understands client server and internet systems architectures
ü Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards
Skills Required:
ü BSE/BCS/MCS/equivalent from a reputable institute/university
ü Strong software production and analytical skills
ü Good understanding of SDLC, OOPs concepts, UML and preferably design patterns
Exposure in programming, C#/VB.NET, JavaScript, T-SQL, HTML, jQuery, AJAX, CSS
Good planning, organization and task management skills
ü Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be sure plus
ü Should be a good team player, process oriented and have good attitude

UI/Web Application Developer
Job Description:
We are looking for diligent and truly dedicated people with hands-on experience of ASP.NET, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and a strong sense of clean design. The candidate should be technically savvy, possessing strong web production and analytical skills, having ability to think out of the box and take initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to following:
Responsibilities:
ü Developing User Interface of web applications
ü Exploring and using new components/APIs as and when required
ü Managing development activities within provided timeline
ü Getting QA of assigned tasks within time constraints provided
ü Coordinating with supervisor daily regarding ongoing tasks
ü Analyzing customer requirements to design and develop new product features that can be reused across customer implementations
ü Refactoring existing product features to be more reusable and easier to maintain
ü Providing support in evaluating, testing and implementing new Web tools and technologies
Skills Required:
ü BSE/BCS/MCS/Equivalent
ü Minimum two years of experience in same capacity
ü Experience in ASP.Net, HTML, XML/XSLT, CSS, Javascript , AJAX, jQuery
ü Experience in Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010,.NET 2.0/3.5/4.0.
ü Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility
ü Web services
ü Good UI design skills
ü Experience with template development/implementation and Web Control development
ü Interest in user interfaces and experience with user feedback
ü Attention to detail
ü Ability to work with and organize large volumes of content
ü Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
ü Ability to drive projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
ü Good communications skills
